Rockband

We bought it last night. Yup. Kind of on a whim, really.
We went to Quizno's for date night. We had a pretty meager date-night budget but had a buy one get one free sandwich at Quizno's. Quizno's is very close to Best Buy. This is how I imagine Aaron's thoughts went from there. Best Buy. Best Buy has Rockband. I like Rockband. I want Rockband. I could use the extra money that I got from the freelance project I did to buy Rockband.

So he says to me, after we eat, "Now what do you want to do?"

Me- "Uh, go home I guess. What else would we do?"

Aaron- "We could go home, or we could go and buy Rockband."

We talked more about it, both pretending that we were considering the responsible thing to do, as we drove to Wal-Mart, where Rockband might be cheaper. Then we bought it. Rockband 2, actually.

Morgan was all sorts of excited when we were opening the box and taking everything out. So, now we're rock stars.

Jason and kids are TOTALLY into it (RockBand). He loves to play it when ever he can get a chance ...especially in a big group. He loves to rock out when we get together with his family.
I'm sure he'd be up to it for the reunion.
